Swan Song Legacies
Orchestra of the Swan performs in major concert halls, village halls, care homes and schools and commissions new music annually; inspiring audiences of all ages, uniting strangers, friends and families. A bequest to Orchestra of the Swan is a kind and generous way of ensuring that future generations will be uplifted by great music while helping us to attract the finest musicians, soloists and composers.
If you have made a gift to The Swan in your will, please let us know; it helps us plan for the future and enables us to thank you for your thoughtfulness. We do, however, respect that you may not wish to make your bequest public.
How to include Orchestra of the Swan in your Will
Making a Will is an important step and we strongly advise that you seek independent professional advice. Bequests are free from inheritance tax and gifts of shares and property are exempt from capital gains tax. If you have made your will, it is simple to add a codicil and there are several types of bequests which can be made when writing or amending a will.
