Rebekah completed her Bachelor of Music at Trinity College of Music where she won various solo, duo and string quartet prizes.
Other prizes won during her time at Trinity College of Music includes the 2000 Silver Prize for Strings, and a scholarship to continue her violin studies with the eminent Vera Beths in The Royal Conservatory, Den Haag.
During her two years in Amsterdam she regularly performed with a baroque orchestra and toured Belgium and Holland with ‘European Summer Opera’.
Currently, Rebekah freelances with various orchestras and dance groups, including Orchestra of the Swan, Rambert, English Touring Opera, Clod Ensemble and the Heritage Orchestra. She regularly guest leads the Chameleon Arts Orchestra.
She has toured to Hong Kong, Paris and Berlin with the critically acclaimed Hofesh Shechter dance company band and was also involved in the original creation of their music.
Rebekah has always loved chamber music. She toured Brazil with a guitar sextet playing an eclectic mix of Brazilian and British music.
Recent sessions have been for Emile Sandé, Rebecca Ferguson, and Marina and the Diamonds amongst others.
Her concerto performances have included the Mozart’s Sinfonia Concertante and the Brahms, Beethoven and Mendelssohn Violin Concertos.
